Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I am looking to host a Photo Gallery for my son. I installed Piwigo through Mojo Marketplace to my ipage hosted domain. Version installed was 2.91.
Once setup I could create an album and user and upload images. The issue is that the images couldn't be displayed. I could see some thumbnails, but the pictures would give me that broken image icon.
I upgraded to 2.95 and 2.10, each shared the issue.
I do not know what PHO or MySQL version I have.
Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Piwigo version: 2.91, 2.95 & 2.10
PHP version:
MySQL version:
Piwigo URL: ***link HS***
I have tried additional installations at ***link HS*** (manual instal) and ***link HS***/ (manual install of 2.8)

Your PHP version appears to be a very old 5.6.30, you can check under Admin -> Tools -> Maintenance.
Anyway, getting a derivative image from the URL the album page links reveals they are delivered as 0 byte files. For example
http://avery.gusdate.com/i.php?/upload/ … b4b-la.jpg
The 12 megapixels original image is there
http://avery.gusdate.com/upload/2020/09 … debb4b.jpg
Likely during generating the thumbnails and derivative sizes the maximum execution time of your hoster kicks in. You can see the current value under Admin -> Tools -> Maintenance, at PHP click on Show info and then search for max_execution_time. Cheap shared hosting plans tend to limit that too restrictive. Maybe in the server log there's some hint what happens if you upload an image. If time limit kicks in probably the only thing you could try then would be to use smaller resolution original images instead of 12 megapixels so processing would take less time.
Maybe using ImageMagick instead of GD could also help.
