upgrade to php8.0 not doing good

apache is failing to start. looks like my php8.0 upgrade failed. does piwigo do well with php8.0?

PHP 8 was released almost 2 months ago. It would be nice to get support for it. It doesn't look like it is a lot of work. I sort of got it working on PHP 8 by putting function_exists() checks around the calls to get_magic_quotes_gpc() in install.php and include/common.inc.php. Still some warnings, so there is definitely more work to do.

Piwigo will support PHP 8, for sure. Once Piwigo 11 is released, I will work on this subject.
