Hello/Hi/Greetings,

now after activated Community / Upload 1 menu so where users can upload photo
the issue about permission where users can upload to Albums it's need to set "The Whole Gallery" and that let them able to upload photo to some Albums they shouldn't get permission to do
i just want to set permission to some Albums not all

what you said is not help at all, there is nothing to do configuration on community plugin
because there only two options
who : "the ones allowed to upload"
and where : "which Album to upload to" , so where: i have to set only one Album or set "the whole Gallery"
and whole Gallery users will be allowed to upload to admin Album or to Album the shouldn't

you can use groups for add permission

you can use permission for each album with same groups

you can choose album or album and sub-albums

....

but I don't want to force you to look at the possibilities

so sorry to say you seems not know how it became after this new update .. because what you said still not show in the plugin configurations .. piwigo missed up with this update and sadly there is no enough supporting .. unless you want to join and i set access for u to see yourself
i appreciated your help .. really i do .. but there is no way to set what you said when i browse plugins conflagration

Go to plugins, on the Community plugin click the gear icon to go to settings, then go to Configuration and select where user album should be created. I manually created a top level Album called "User Albums" and then each user gets their own album in there. On the permissions page I all All Members to "User Album Only" so they can only upload to their album.

thank you ckayfish , still same thing i can only set one Album for users to upload to
i have 5 public Albums for several categories , and with community i can only set one album
and before updating piwigo to last ver. all users can upload to any Albums
even with groups same issue
