If the purpose is to not have guests browse the gallery, then add this to your local config:

$conf['guest_access'] = false;

If you don't know how then use [extension by Piwigo Team] LocalFiles Editor

Thanks for willing to help.

I would like to show the albums being displayed now for all visitors.
And I would like to place under them the possibility to log in.
So, the screen would be as it is now just there will be an obvious, visible option to be identified. Like this:
