I've found the community plugin and see how I can allow users to upload to albums, but do not see how they can manage additional album associations after the upload.  What I'm trying to do is replace google photos by enabling my family member's phone to auto upload their photos to their personal "albums" with the community plugin and then allow them to associate photos to other albums.  I'm not seeing how a normal user can associate their images into other albums.  Is there a plugin that provides this functionality?
