Add Plugin

Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I've been using Gallery2 for years until the owners pulled out so what I did was found other software and being using it. I'm still working transfer from Gallery2 site to this new server but I want to make some clarifications.

Until I found Piwigo, real neat, honestly ...

I run my own hosting business and I've been playing with a lot different photo galleries out there, if Gallery2 was still alive, it would still be the best gallery script out there.

I ask this myself. I've searched Google and I cant even find answer how to add a plugin in, since it doesn't have option to upload a plugin, like Wordpress does.  You need to rename from "Extensions" to "Plugins" since it sound more sense.

Please help me how to add plugin if I want to.

Much thanks.

Piwigo 11.5.0
Operating system: Linux
PHP: 7.4.21 [2021-08-04 20:24:30]
MySQL: 5.7.27-30 [2021-08-04 14:24:30]
Graphics Library: ImageMagick 6.9.10-23

Re: Add Plugin

If you wnat use a existing Plugin, you can it install it from the Plugin Page (Administration-Plugins3. Tab).
After Installation you need to activate the Plugin.

Re: Add Plugin

The Extensions section on this site hosts language, theme, tool and plugin extensions. The plugins you see in Piwigo's Plugins manager are the same plugins.

However, if you want to manually download and add a plugin you just unzip it in Piwigo's plugins/ folder and activate it thereafter in the Plugins manager.

Running Piwigo at https://erack.net/gallery/
