403 when saving configuration

Hello

First time user here. I have just installed and updated to version 12, when I go to configure the gallery saving the configuration page gives a 403 error.  Is there a file that requires elevated permissions for this to work?
Regards
Gordon

ModSecurity by any chance ? Try disabling rule id 941130.

Re: 403 when saving configuration

ISP says it is not linked to mod_security. It is only occurring on the General first tab on the configuration page all the other tabs on the page save correctly.
No errors in the server logs.

Re: 403 when saving configuration

Okay this is definitely server configuration related. Installed on to a localhost and it works fine but re-installed on the server and the same issue is there - 403 on the configuration - general tab when saving. Just got to figure out what setting!

Re: 403 when saving configuration

Resolved!  Great kudos to @henker. The hoster investigated further and found that it was indeed that modsecurity rule which caused the issue. It was whitelisted and the site works as expected.
Thanks once more.
