You get a warning about some extensions requiring updates, yet when you get to the update extensions page no updates are visible.
site: https://www.gallery.conram.com
Updates are not showing anywhere, not in admin > tools, nor in admin > plugins.
The least you should get is that no updates are available, like in previous version:

I had the same problem in one of the installations, confirming that this
cd YourPiwigoDirectory curl https://github.com/Piwigo/Piwigo/commit/52fcde5d4e8ecd24476139b99477a682fb887d77.patch | patch -p1
solves it.

Not sure I can do that on my webhosts, but I will see if possible... do not use ssh or cli.
I'll wait for 12.1 to fix it.

If without ssh access, you can ftp download the admin/updates_ext.php from your installation to your local computer, do the change (also manually in an editor by moving the one line 84 to then 82, see [Github] Piwigo commit 52fcde5d ) and ftp upload the changed file again to the correct location.

FTP is what I did. And it's OK now. If I did it, anyone can ...

Thank you very much. Fixed my problem.
Moved the line 84 manually 2 lines up.
Also this fixes the "Configuration : Themes : Check for updates" page being empty same way.
Now showing nicely "All themes are up to date".

Thanks! It works.

Lol, never said I cant, I just prefer to not mess with the code of the piwigo core files. I can wait for an update it is not that critical, for me.
