Version 2.3.2 or 12.3.0
Currently running version 2.3.1. Should I go for 2.3.2 or 12.3.0?
What are the differences between 2.3.2 and 12.3.0?
Can I go directly from 2.3.1 to 12.3.0?

Version v2.11 became v11, then there was v12 and now v13 is in beta. If you want to see the changes, you can check out the various threads in the Announcements forum:

And review the threads for all the versions in between 2.3.2 and now.

First: my current verison is 2.10.1, nothing else. Mea culpa.
Second IS it ok to uppgrade from 2.10.1 to 12.3.0 directly?

I don't think it would be a problem but I typically keep up-to-date so haven't done major version skips like that. So like erAck suggests, take a good backup and then try.
