Loaded Configuration File    /etc/php/7.4/apache2/php.ini
Apache2 v2.4.54 / Debian 11
Piwigo: 12.3.0

I am able to upload pictures with a maximum size of around 100Ko.
When bigger size, I do have an HTTP Error.
I have tried to "work" on the php.ini without any success, change value etc.
I have read a certain numbers of docs concerning this pb, I am now without any ideas on how to make it working.
