After uploading using the web interface to a new album it seems to process each photo as it uploads and runs through the list of files. This takes less than a minute to complete a few images. However, the process doesn't seem to end properly with a confirmation message as it did before and the album and photos don't appear in the user interface. If I leave the page after a long wait and still no action on the screen sometimes it completes the process and the album gets created with the photos. Something is not working as expected. This used to work great until the 13 update.

I have the Same Problem and the Problem was that the Fileinfo Extension in the php.ini was disable.

Upgrading to PHP 8.1 solved the issue.

Hi there
I do have exactly the same problem with 13.2. Upgraded PHP from 7.4 to 8.1.13 (Win64 / IIS).
https://www.radiolina.ch/phpinfo.php
It worked no problem in 13.1.
I cannot upload even the smallest .gif or .jpg. It shows "Transfer 100%" but the process stucks.
Cancel button is not working too.
FTP Sync works no problem.
I did create an empty new site. Same troubles.
Any ideas ?
Back to 13.1 ?
Regards
Paul

seems fileinfo might be the missing part. It's included with the build my ISP created for php 8.1. I was using a version before that didn't include this. You can verify what's in your build by creating a small php file and installing it somewhere on your web site with the following content:
<? phpinfo(); ?>
name it anything with .php as the file extention then load it in your browser.
You may need to contact your ISB to add it to your build if it's not present if you are unable to activate. Some ISPs allow you to manage some php extensions or plugins and php.ini .

Thanks for your response !
I did that already. For me it looks OK :

Or can you see any problem ?

Don't know why.
Thanks anyway !

Now remove that phpinfo.php file.. it's no one's business to snoop your PHP settings.
