Hi,

I lost access to my site at janbecket.net/piwigo with the upgrade to 13.3. I see that others have experienced the same MySQL error 1146 in previous years. It always has to do with a missing file, although the exact files missing may differ. In my case it is the config file. A few days ago the error message was telling me it was the sessions file. I do plan on doing a manual upgrade if all else fails but before I do that, I wonder if anyone has ever used this fix for error 1146:

If I do the manual upgrade, I wonder if I can get away with just replacing certain key folders and leaving others intact. If this is possible, which are the priority folders for replacement?
