Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I recently upgraded to piwigo 13.5 and am attempting clean up my piwigo site at http://argets.com on my localhost server. All seems to work well except that I get lmysqli exceptions for out of range values at column 'latitude' when batch loading albums. This problem seems to be unique to the upgrade of piwigo as my "online" site running piwigo 13.4 and PHP7.4 seems to accept new photos with gps coordinates. Below the error message is a description of the two environments. I have tried many things to figure out the problem but the code is two complicated for me (I'm 77 years old), but would be glad to explain the trooubleshooting I've done if anyone is willing to help me and is interested in more information.
