new user here. I'm evaluating photo sharing apps to setup a self hosted server that my family can use to access our extensive library of pictures. I've tested and rejected about 4 other platforms so far, because they didn't meet my requirements. I've just installed Piwigo and so far its looking good.

My question - can I change the photo "caption" from the default of filename, to something more useful, like the capture date, or if that's not possible, can I completely disable the caption? Would this type of functionality be controlled by the server setting. or a theme? If the latter can anyone suggest a theme that would provide such a level of customisation?
