I have imported the images from a Gallery Menalto installation and quite a lot of the images are incorrectly rotated.

I have tried using the extension 'Rotate Image' with the batch manager but it rotates only the thumbnail, not the original or the other resizes.

There is another extension listed 'easy rotate' by Author: plg  described thus:

About: Plugin to simplify the image rotation directly on the picture page. It adds buttons in the image toolbar to do 90° clock- anc counterclock-wise rotations. Especially helpful after an import from Menalto Gallery with wrongly oriented pictures.

but this has apparently not been updated for version 14
