:D First, I want to thank you for an excellent photo gallery.  I have tried several, and version 1.2 at the top for number of features combined with ease of use.  You really should market the program, or if not, at least have a way happy users can contribute to you.

I also have a few suggestions/comments for future versions:

1.  The ability to display EXIF data from digital cameras.

2.  Make the user upload option more visible - perhaps put it at the top of the page?  Also, in the English version it is still in French.

3.  For user picture uploads, have them all go into a "waiting" directly until validated, then transfer them to the intended directly upon validation (this will prevent having to have every directly with 777 permission).

4.  Upon validating a user-uploaded picture, automate the thumbnail generation and the database update rather than requiring those extra steps.

5.  An option to send an e-mail to the administrator upon a user uploading a picture, along with a clickable URL to bring the administrator directly to the validation page.

6.  Is there an easy way to customize the header/footer?  Perhaps the admin panel could add a configuration option for html code to go at the top and bottom of every page, to ensure the user can return to the main page or to have a consistent message on every page.

7.  Though I'm using the English version, Kilobytes are abbreviated as "ko" rather than "kb".
