My problem: when starting PIWIGO, about two minutes pass before the main screen appears.

The installation is local, I have a Debian Linux Server "6.1. 0-28-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1. 119-1 (2024-11-22) x86_64 GNU/Linux", with "PHP 8.2. 26 (cli) (built: Nov 25 2024 17:21:51) (NTS)" and "Apache/2.4. 62 (Debian) OpenSSL/3.0. 15 configured".

I can't find anything in the logs, the problem also occurred in version 14.1.0 and even earlier, I don't understand how to solve it and what information to provide you to solve the problem.
