Sadly, the solution to this was to remove the build of ImageMagick 7 and Imagick and revert back to the 6.9.11 version.

New PiwiGo install. Installed and tested NextCloud and Memories for months and just don't like it nor want to maintain it.  So I have cleared NextCloud out and installed PiwiGo.  This is on bare metal, my own machine.

Install of PiwiGo went smoothly, no problems, it's fast and I like the admin settings. I uploaded about 30 photos but not a single one will display. All images just have the broken image icon.

On the same box, I have a WordPress site and I installed the ImageMagick plugin just to test and make sure my Imagik plugin was linked and it is.

Only issue I can find is that in info.php file, the Imagik section shows 0 for ImageMagick number of supported formats.
