I like the calendar overview in the admin dashboard. It is great for admins to see an overview of community activity, and I think it could be even better. Clicking the dots gives you some basic info.  It would be great if it could be more interactive. For example, clicking the 'image' icon could jump to the batch manager showing exactly the list of the photos uploaded in that period. Clicking 'user' could jump to the Users>History panel showing user history details for that period, etc.
