I've just tried to log in to my album for the first time on a new PC (don't know if that's why there's an issue) and am getting the error message you see here:

Before that, I was able to see the album & contents when not logged in, but after I tried to log in (which was unsuccessful), now I'm not even able to see the album.
I can access the 'photos' folder via FTP, if there's something I can do there to fix this.
I believe I have the most current version loaded. I don't know where to find that info, since I can't log in to Admin.

UPDATE
My old PC is still running, so I tried to access the album there and was able to. However, there's an error message across the bottom of the page.
I didn't try to log in to the album from that PC.

This looks like a permission issue for a file that piwigo is unable to open: Logger.class.php
Please check permissions and possibly for other files too.
