Should I delete Piwigo and reinstall fresh, will this solve the problem, or is there a simpler way?

Hi :-)
The file local/config/database.inc.php is missing, it needs to be done (include it in a backup ?)

Hello
Thank you for your kind reply!
The file local/config/database.inc.php is not missing it is there.
I tried to take many steps but could not remove the overlay, so I went extreme, I deleted piwigo completely including mysql and reinstalled.
That solved the problem (obviously) but now I am in fear of uploading photos incase it happens again!!
Cheers
