CSS ID combining in LocalFiles Editor for backgroundcolor thePasswordP

Hi,

I am testing the password reset function for my users of Piwigo (family only).

On the identification page where you enter your Username and Password, when you click on the link "Forgot your password", you start password.php.

After entering your Username or email and pressing "Change my password", You will get a screen with the title "Password Reset".

The problem is that the infos-bar has a background-color of #e0ffe0 and the text "Check your email for the confirmation link" is in white and is impossible to read becaue of the color of the backgound.

I tried to find a way to chain the specific ID's and create (localfiles editor/css) an override of either the background-color or the text color (the latter seems impossible, it is a list entry within an <ul>. Or can that be done ?).

But I am struggling to find the correct ID-chain. Could someone help me with finding the right way to make the text readable.

<body id="thePasswordPage" class="" data-infos="[]">
..
<div id="content" class="content contentWithMenu">
...
<div class="infos">
...
  <ul>
    <li>Check your email for the confirmation link</li>
  </ul>
</div>
.........................................................

element {
}
.infos {
  padding: 10px;
  background-color: #e0ffe0;
  border: 1px solid #b2d8b2;
  border-radius: 5px;
  margin-bottom: 1em;
}
.infos {
  background: #096a09;
    background-color: rgb(9, 106, 9);
  color: white;
...

Re: CSS ID combining in LocalFiles Editor for backgroundcolor thePasswordP

I think I found something that could be the cause of the unreadable text.

Zooming a little more onto the data of the browser developer tools I saw a reference to the plugins/bot_protection/css/style.css id infos.

Disabling the bot protection plugin made the text visible again, enabling the bot protection plugin made the text unreadable.

I will ask the developer of the plugin if he will have a look at it.

Re: CSS ID combining in LocalFiles Editor for backgroundcolor thePasswordP

The developer of the plugin already gave me an answer.

Can be solved by: In style.css, change line 45 to: background-color: #096a09;

I assume it will be in his next version of his plugin.

Re: CSS ID combining in LocalFiles Editor for backgroundcolor thePasswordP

Noticed that this background definition in the plugin has effect on other parts of Piwigo, like Albums / Manage / edit album / Permissions / make a change / Save Settings.

So I decided to set the background color settings in the css on comment and that solved my problems.
