Forbbiden Acces
Hello
I have completed the install and created the SQL DB. No problems.
I can log in as admin and get the admin page up with the menu on the left...but I can't upload any picture.For this reason I created a new account and I tryed to set permission to upload new pictures,but nothing.I received the message
Restrictions for user "222"
Warning : a "forbidden access" to the root of a category prevent from accessing the whole category
Also when I clicked on Categories,I see only the title "Categories management",nothing more.Everything is super at this code,but I didn't something and I don't know where...
Please help!

did you read the instruction page on the admin panel concerning the upload of pictures and categories creation ?

So I created Galleries directory,after that I created few subdirectories .All are CHMOD 777.When I click on Thumbnails,I see my subdirectories there. Also I uploaded with FTP few gif files for test,but I didn't see anything :oops:

did you update you picture database ? (in the admin panel ask to udpate all)

I tryed many things here,I don't how but I saw this message when I clicked on Update All from Database update
1 [ dir : 1 ] the thumbnail is missing for : ivan-ru-008.gif (TN-ivan-ru-008.XXX, XXX = gif, png or jpg)
2 [ dir : 2 ]
the thumbnail is missing for : horobg.gif (TN-horobg.XXX, XXX = gif, png or jpg)
I didn't change anything in Configuration , Thumbnail prefix : Tn- ...Thumbnails use this prefix. Do not fill if your not sure.
So what I do now? :cry:

little reminder : if you have a picture named ./galleries/1/friends.jpg you must have the corresponding picture named ./galleries/1/thumbnail/TN-friends.XXX (XXX can be jpg, gif or png). You can also change the "TN-" by something else in the configuration page of the admin panel.

favorites is a special category different for each user. For each pictures of the normal categories, you can ask them to be in your favorites and then they appear in your favorites category. For removing a picture from your favorites, use the link under the picture once you're in the favorites category.
