I dont want the users to have the ability to change themes. Is there a way to remove the other themes I dont want coming up in the users customise box?

If you simply don't want to have multiple themes: set the same theme for all your users (thanks to the [Administration>Identification>Users] screen) and then remove all others themes directly on filesystem in template/yoga/theme.

yes Ive made it so everyone sees the default. And removed them from the themes folder on my webserver :)
