How come when I click notifications in the admin panel it sends everyone an automatic subscription? It doesnt let me choose what I want to do..

This definitely needs to be addressed.

And how do I mass email everyone without having to go through that notification area? It always sends them a notificatin of new elements, as well as my message, and all I want to do is tell them stuff I want, not what the gallery has updated.
