can i change files names with the piwigo system?
maybe their is plugin for this?

No. And this this a beginner frequent mistake.
You will loose comments, descriptions, rating, privacy level, authorisations and more, if you try to do it.
BUT... (Administrators only) From the picture page click on 
And change the "Name" in the "Properties" box.

ok...this is not effective because my site is wallpaper site so if the name will be some thing like hdfg74s87kjnsd7809_full.png no one will find it with the search option..

Name is one of the search criteria too.
You should use tags as well, if you want them to be able to find more pics.
