hello,

thanks for the great script

my q is ..

right now my url for categories is like http://www.mysite.com/index.php/category/2-nature.

is it possible so that i can replace/add a specific word in url so that i looks like...

http://www.mysite.com/index.php/galleries/2-nature.

or

http://www.mysite.com/index.php/mygalleies/2-nature.

It is possible to do this, but it requires to modify the core code (in the URL management module) and I doubt a plugin would be enough.

In Piwigo core, the important functions for your case are in include/functions_url.inc.php : make_section_url + parse_section_url

i dont think i would be a very good idea to modify the core file.
if i upgrade in future, then i have to modify the core file again n agian other otherwise my site will return a 404 with existing urls
