Hi,
if you opened in the previous versions of Piwigo (for example 2.0.9) a category there were shown i think ~ 15 thumbnails...but below these 15 thumbnails there was a button which, if pushed, showed you nearly the whole page of thumbnails. Well,...unfortunately this button is now gone in version 2.1.1. Is there a way to get this option back...to show more than just 15 thumbnails on a site ? Thx in advance.

Hi sonreir,
You're certainly talking about [extension by rvelices] RV Thumbs This plugin is not compatible with Piwigo 2.1 yet.
But you can already set more than 15 thumbnails on a page. Got in Administration>Configuration>Options>Guest Settings, and increase values for:
* Number of images per row (5 by default)
* Number of rows per page (3 by default)
The number of thumbnails per page is the multiplication of the values. Most of the time (99.99%) the numbers are not "the resulting behavior" because there can be more than 5 thumbnails on a row, depending on your screen width. However, a theme may respect this setting (but as it is never the case, I think we will simplify this setting in the future).

I'd vote for the "More Pictures" button. It is flexible (you can decide if you want to scroll or click on next), it gives shorter response time for slow connections, and last but not least it works not only for guests but for logged in users as well.

Well, I see that every user can set this parameter for themselves, so my last argument does not really valid.

Hi plg ,
I'd vote for this plugin . This plugin enables user to select how many images they want it visible (apart from default administrator settings).
Would appreciate if plugin can be made compatible with 2.1.2
Thanks in advanced.

Unfortunately, rvelices does not wish to migrate this plugin to Piwigo 2.1. He doesn't use this plugin himself and the code which manages the pagination bar has been completely change compared to Piwigo 2.0 (and that makes the migration complicated)
