Advisory mode is misunderstood and unsecured, general agreement in the team.
I have some ideas for a review.
But if you want we maintain it, get to improve it, or a removal of it,
here is the best place to discuss and see what could happen and be decided.
(Here is not the place to explain Advisory mode).
Thanks to all.

As flop25 said it, this mode is there to help and it is the confidence which makes that one will activate this mode.
That the latter is not very protected it is damage but I think that the benefit that it brings is real.

@Gotcha
Look on my user in your gallery (Use Multiview to see what I see).
You set me Advisor with no admin level.
Please check the result.
Then please come back and check your conclusions with following points.
(Some of my ideas:)
1 - Advisor should be automatically removed when you remove the Administrator/Webmaster authority.
2 - Advisor should never be set to people without Admin authority at least.

I didn't have just 2 ideas on advisor.
But before giving advices or partly unjustified ideas, I am expecting to read some of your ideas.
What goes wrong? (Facts) (
And why? (What are causes) (
How can it be solved? (What could be mitigation actions)

When activating advisor mode for someone, we shoudl ask whether to give him webmaster or administrator level if it is not already the case.
I also propose to show on admin home page the list of advisors defined on the gallery. It will act as a reminder of thoses accesses.

Yes, there is 2 ideas behind.
3 - You don't have to set a user Administrator/Webmaster before setting his access as Advisor.
4 - We loose the focus on users who have an Advisor access yet.
