i need a plugin which denied the acces of a user...
for ex:
i have a category and some sub category under it...
like:
Nature / Animals / Wild Animals / Cats
and i have user named LISA...
i wanna give permission to LISA adding 5 picture, editing and deleting theme etc.. to Nature / Animals / Wild Animals / Cats. Not any other category or sub category. Only to CATS. is there any plugin for this?

Tema ayarı yetkisi sadece site yöneticisinde olacağı için böyle bir yetki vermeniz durumunda her türlü ayarı yapabilir her yere resim ekleyebilirler vs.
Bununla birlikte bir kullanıcıya resim ve kategori ekleme yetkisi vermek için http://piwigo.org/ext/extension_view.php?eid=303 "Community " eklentisine göz atınız ve admin panelindeki eklentiler seçeneğinden kurunuz.

Basically you can't give a user editing/deleting theme permission, it has to be admin access which means they will have to be able to do anything :)
