Installed and tried to activate "Extra Special Functions". Site is down

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_extra_functions() (previously declared in /var/www/pw/plugins/extra_special_links/main.inc.php:13) in /var/www/pw/plugins/extra_special_functions/main.inc.php on line 109

quick fix = connect with your FTP client and remove the plugins/extra_special_links directory

Thanks plg . After removing the directory , now I am getting below

Fatal error: Call to undefined function create_table_add_character_set() in /var/www/pw/plugins/AMenuManager/amm_install.class.inc.php on line 278

I don't know I've notified grum, author of Advanced Menu Manager

Just want to confirm for others that suggested solution worked and my website is up. I assume that when the new fixed version is release , we will need to activate Advanced Menu Manager from menu.
