File Update Plug-in Errors

When updating a file I get many errors messages above the browser window but it says it completed the update. After the update I can see the updated image if I check from there. If I go to the thumbnails page the image is replaced with an icon. If I click on the icon I can see the updated image. Is a fix coming?

Re: File Update Plug-in Errors

Hi robertmohr,

Next time the problem occurs, please copy the error message and paste it in this topic.

For now, considering you use Piwigo 2.3, go to [Administration > Photos > Batch Manager], select the photos with a missing thumbnail and use the action "regenerate thumbnail".

Please tell us if it works as expected :-)

Re: File Update Plug-in Errors

See attached error message captures. I tried deleting the image within the admin structure and then re-installing  from admin. I still got the icon. I deleted again and then went through ploader. It went through fine except I lost all traffic info - the reason File Update plug-in is such a good plug-in to have working. Thanks for your help.

I'm attaching images but I don't see them going through.

Re: File Update Plug-in Errors

The "registered date" under my picture is strange.

Also the desktop image captures I uploaded aren't showing on the post. Why not?

That's because you have registered in the Extensions section of piwigo.org I suppose. That's a small bug we have not fixed yet.

Because they are too big I think, reduce them to 600 pixel wide please.
