Hi, my pLoader has just stopped working. It worked fine for last few days. Now it would start, but would not connect - no warnings, only empty screen after login attempt.

My site is hosted on Dreamhost.com. This morning I have received the email from them saying that some accounts might have been compromised, and therefore they have reset all the FTP passwords. That should not have been affected mu pLoader setting, I guess.

Has anyone experienced similar problem?

Thanks for the quick reference. This is not my case exactly. I am using XP. I was starting the pLoader with the exe file from the folder. I notice that it has not registered itself with Windows, but was not bothered by that.

So it worked fine until now, when all of a sudden, it would start normally, but after I enter my Admin ID and the password it would seemingly just turn off.

I kept checking around and seemed to find the solution, although not so trivial for the non-geek.

I located the folder created by the pLoader at:

C:\Documents and Settings\MYNAME\Application Data\.pLoader

and deleted it. I had to restart computer for the changes to make effect.

After re-boot the pLoader started anew, I had to enter my domain, admin ID and password again.

Hope it may help to others with similar problem.

Forgot to mention - all my preferences were gone, I had to redo them.
