It is not my server, but I can request this to my hosting provider.
So you think that imagemagick installation is corrupted?

Have tried the work around and still no good....
Do I just wait for the 2.4.0 to go live?

It is really sad that there seems to be no real effect support for the users of Piwigo. I operate a Photogallery at www.thehimalayanbeacon.com/photogallery and had been very happy with Piwigo but lately after I updated to Piwigo 2.3.4, I have not been able to upload any image since I get the error message: [External ImageMagick] Corrupt image. I tried everything but sadly have not been able to get anywhere. Sadly my only option now is to look for some other software.

so you tried the solution given by ddtddt ?
we know there is a problem with External ImageMagick, that's why there is this parameter to force GD
what kind of pictures do your try to upload ? (size, dimensions, type)

We are a news site and we try to post pics that are basically in the news. Simple JPGs of around 100 kb. I have upgraded to the latest version still unable to get anywhere though.
