When I edit the subalbums I receive this message:

I create Albuns never categories becose never I see the name categorie or create categories on Admin.

albums = categories (for historical reasons)
looks like your database is incomplete... does the rest of the site work ?

Yes all is ok.
Only, when I edit albums or sub albuns the edit page becomes distorced and with the above massage on top

The cause was Psli-BingMaps
Desactivate and all is correct.
Something is wrong for pw 2.3.4
