please see in the pic i upload it. its comes on every wallpaper i open

There is all my plugins and my version is Piwigo 2.3.4 and theme is OS_glass_dark (default)

Sir, when i desactive user tag its gon but i want user tag and want to change it this Array to a useful thing announcement like share wallpaper if you like it or just simply how to remove this array without removing user tag thanks

second : I'm not an native English speaker too ^^. Just don't forget to be clear, with punctuations.
third : it would be easy to change the image background (read http://piwigo.org/doc/doku.php?id=css_code), but your picture suggest that you want to embed your thumbnails in the screen. That's far more complicated. It would be something like that : http://sonspring.com/journal/png-overlay Check the CSS/html of http://host.sonspring.com/png_overlay/
