I would not have thought of that!
However, I have just tried one photo in my administrator's/webmaster's caddie and nothing happens :-(
No "featured photo" box appears (alongside Tags and Random pictures boxees).
Any ideas?

It's not the caddie, it's webmaster "favorite" photos.

Sorry to be thick but where do I set the "favorite"?
I've looked in both Stripped and Elegant Themes.
Also, is it definitely Webmaster, or will Administrator be ok?

On the page of the photo.
On screen [Administration > Configuration > Options > Display] you have to check the option Activate icon "Add this photo to your favorites"

You have to be connected as "tadjio".

Easy when you know, thanks.
I have never tested "Favourits" - are they retained for each User?
Now I can see my Favourites and my Random photos, there are two display issues:
1) Is it possible to "centre" the Favourites in Stripped (as it does in Elegant - much more elegant:)
2) The text below the photo in Stripped is half chopped off below (but very elegant in Elegant;)
Thanks again.

Ok, I'll look what's wrong.
Centering photo will not work, I tried several times to do it without succeeding.
stripped layout is much more complicated than elegant (it's very hard to have a menu that can go on and off, and to keep in addition a fixed width block with pictures in it).
If one day I make another theme, I won't go for a fixed width layout with menu... even if it is what I prefer.

I thought that would be the answer about centering!
I will experiment with putting a dummy box to the left and adjusting the percentage widths to force a single photo to be centred.
