Google+1/TweetThis/FacebookPlug/Maps&Earth

Hi,

I love all your plugins and they are doing great!

But from a design perspective I do not see any setting that would bring the icons to have the same size (in height) and the "map" & "earth" is just having text (which is ok - but it is displayed in between buttons which is not that pretty at the end or at the begin would be better so) is there any option to order the appearance? (See here: http://www.yogie.de/index.php?/categories)

If all this is not already possible, would it be hard to get the settings (sizes of the buttons) anyhow aligned to a standard in the plugins itself that would bring a more common and standardized look and feel?

Hope anyone else is sharing my wish :-)

Cheers and many thanks for considering!
Yogie

Yes, there are options bot none of the settings combined with the other options of the plugins will result into a nice picture (layout)!

Re: Google+1/TweetThis/FacebookPlug/Maps&Earth

here I have Google in "20px" and Twitter is the smaller one
http://www.strangeplanet.fr/piwigo/

despite of the order of buttons it's nice

you set Google in 15px which is too small

You are right setting google+ a bit bigger looks better, the only thing that does not fit is the FB icon and the wording of the other menu items when ever the functions are available and get displayed.

Re: Google+1/TweetThis/FacebookPlug/Maps&Earth

Ok to align the FB Plugin button height to match the other buttons I was able to add a CSS rule with the local files editor....

I added simply:

.titrePage img {max-height: 20px;}

If now the Maps & Earth plugin would also have icons instead of text and would be left or right of the social buttons everything would be perfect...

Cheers

I believe it depends on the theme you are using. On the theme I'm using I'm seeing the icons for maps&earth.

Yes seems so, I'm using Stripped where I can see only "words" but for google+, FB and Twitter there are icons, so I wonder why it would not be possible for the Map & Earth plugin!?

In fact there are icons for FB and G+1 because I didn't manage to replace these icons in satisfying way.

The basis for stripped is: no action icons.

I may change this in the future if I find some clean open source icons I like.
(I tried to do some myself but it's very difficult to do).
