I have an image on my PC which has a 'keyword' added in the metadata.

This keyword was added when I used Lightroom to add the keyword and to then include it when I used the option to 'Export' the image to the hard drive from Lightroom.

When I upload the image to Piwigo, how do I get the 'keyword' to show as a 'tag'??

(NOTE: if I 'Publish' the image direct to Piwigo using the LR Plugin, the Keyword automatically shows as a tag - but I do not always use the plugin to upload the images)
