Re: Change photos folder

sorry auto correction fail

Same folder for both....hum you can't! It will synchronize and duplicate your web uploaded pictures!

Re: Change photos folder

of course, that's why there are 2 separated folders

Re: Change photos folder

sorry it seems I'm to tired to see the difference between "can" and "can't" >_<

that upload folder can't be synchronize to galleries folder, that's why there are 2 separated folders, because it will synchronize and duplicate your web uploaded pictures!

Re: Change photos folder

Sorry for my poor english :(

This is exactly what i meant:

brumia wrote:

I want to upload photo from android/iphone app  AND ftp into same place...

and I need to use an external disk (my server is a ARM with just 2gb of NAND disk space, so I can't even keep the thumbnails in it).

I'm sure I'm not the only one who keeps the pictures on a NAS.

Re: Change photos folder

NO :) I am also want to keep my photos on NAS and I did not find software for photo gallery.
PIWIGO is almost perfect BUT ,maybe I don understand how it works but in my opinion idea of this two folder (upload, galleries) is disaster.  How to manage my photo... ?
