Hi,
I have my Piwigo gallery installed on a 1and1 domain in a directory named piwigo on the root. I am able to access it via any browser through http://domain.com/piwigo
The problem is when I try to access it with the official application on any Android or iPhone; I get the "Impossible to connect" error message.... I enter the same URL in the application as in the web browser..
Do you have any idea ??
Thanks !
Yeah, I'm having the same thing.
I've installed the app on my iOS 5.1.1 iPhone 4. When I add the gallery URL, my admin user/pass It attempts to 'Loging' but returns an "Unable to Connection"
There isn't any logging or feedback as to what could be the issue. I can reach the URL from a browser no issue. The admin user/pass
What can I do to troubleshoot the issue? There aren't many variables to change. I'm investigating to see if perhaps it's on the server-side..
Thanks for any help.

I noticed something today.. When looking at the User Info Tracking.. it shows that the Login with the Administrator username/pass I was attempting to log in with on my iPhone was successful.
However, the iPhone app returns the Error "Unable to connect".
Still investigating..

Try to disable any plugin related to user / login management
Edit I have just successfully uploaded a photo using the android application

Hi all!
I disabled plugins and re-enabled them and I am now able to log in from my iPhone and upload a picture. I did not test it with my Android however but I am confident. I will try it later today.
Thank you all for your replies!
Edit : I am able to get it working from Android as well.. Seems like the plugin "User Info Tracking" was the issue.... Thanks again!

I had the same success on iPhone and iOS! The User Info Tracking Plug in is the conflict.
Ironic, since both the app and the plugin are written by the same author. :-)
Thanks for the help!

For a temporary fix, please install and activate the Skelton plugin.
You can now install and activate the User Info Tracking plugin.
I will look into what is causing this issue and try to get it fixed.
Also, I only created the User Info Tracking Plugin. I had nothing to do with the iPhone iOS app. That was created by someone else.
