Can I suggest possibly adding

define('PWG_HELP', true);

to search_rules.php

since this is a help page that pops up (at least it appears for me) and enabling this flag like on popuphelp.php would disable showing a custom header when using header_manager extension, and sure it might be useful for other purposes too.
