[resolved] Allow Guest to see full size image as default?
How to setup to allow guest see the original image size as default instead of thumbnail?
On System Options | Photo sizes, I only tick square, thumbnail, and XXL-large. Any hints?
Piwigo 2.5.1 + elegant theme

change $conf['derivative_default_size'] in the local config, or better let the medium enabled and change its size

Do you mean I change
M - medium 792 x 594 pixels
to :
M - medium 800 x 600 pixels (My photo max size).
and uncheck XXL - huge ?

I have kind of opposite question. What do I have turn on or off, so my registered users could enjoy different image sizes? I don't see the icon on the user side. My theme is Stripped and Columns.

to answer you: do you know you have theme options? So no that theme doesn't allow other type of sizes!

Just make sure to input max width on both height and width.
For example, my max size is 800 x 600 px.
Wrong: M - medium 800 x 600 pixels
Correct: M - medium 800 x 800 pixels
to cater both landscape and portrait photos.
