How can i import a existing folder structure?

Hi,

i have a NAS (QNAP) to keep my pictures secure.

On this NAS i installed the piwigo web solution. It works fine for me.

How can i import the existing pictures (including the folder structure) into piwigo? I don´t want to duplicate the pictures - only a link.

Is this possible?

Hello,

set a symlink to the "galleries" folder if the command is available on your NAS

Re: How can i import a existing folder structure?

nothing (that's the point of a symlink)

just click on the big Synchronization button after adding the link

Re: How can i import a existing folder structure?

thanks...

I get some errors: [./galleries/Bilder/ipad/910GINOE/.@__thumb] PWG-UPDATE-1 (falscher Dateiname)

Do you have a second idea?

".@__thumb", this is not a image file (plus this file is some kind a operating system cache)
remove it
