configuration metadata metadata:exif metadata:iptc theme / template

I want to ask you for help with this problem. I would like to use template / theme STRIPPED-SLIDE, but I want to / need to display some additional infromation realted to the each one picture under the pisture. I would also display the possibility to vote the pictures.

Can you help me please?

I have to say that I am not programmer so please in some understandable way :)
