One of my wordpress website (http://www.hkdigit.net) got Internal  Server Error 500 during high? traffic.

I asked the hosting company and got the following reply:

I'm happy to help with this! The problem is that you are hitting the simultaneous process limit on your account. The limit is 25 and is normally very hard to hit under normal circumstances, but due to poor optimization, some websites can hit this due to malfunctions. In the case of your website, the following script is causing too many processes to open and not close properly:

/public_html/hkdigit.net/pics/picture.php

I highly recommend contacting a developer for assistance with this script, and to disable the website by logging into File Manager in cPanel and changing the permissions to not be able to be read.
