Bulk up-load of image information
For my background and wishes/plans look at the beginning of:
Will Piwigo meet my needs and desires? by calberga, now broken into several posts.
Is there a file format that I can create to up-load the information about a set of images (file name on server, caption, title, <MAP> information, etc.)?
I would like to be able to assemble such information on my computer and up-load it as a batch.

Okay, I'll have to check that out. I confess that I find the documentation somewhat confusing (scattered?, no obvious to me top-level entry?, I'm not sure what my problem is), but I'll keep working on it. On the other hand I go back and read some of the documentation I've written and wonder if any understood IT!

Well.... I downloaded the extension and have examined every file in it, and I am unable to tell anything about it. Neither what format the input file should have, nor what the various bits of data are. Now I have to figure out what "Tags" means here (as opposed to what I use the IPTC tags for), as well as "description", etc. Is there an example someplace?
