Re: [resolved] SEO-friendly URLs won't work

When I upload photos to Piwigo gallery, pictures are registered but just empty squares show on the batch manager. "Invalid chars in request" is displayed when trying to view image through right-click on the failed picture. I noticed that "/_data/" is missing in the corresponding URL. The same issue happens with both Batch Manager and pLoader.

As I stated already, images are uploaded to the "/piwigo/upload/" directory correctly but neither thumbnails nor medium images are being generated and saved on "/piwigo/_data/i/upload" directory. Once images are uploaded, I can produce thumbnails and medium images using the Batch Manager's "Generate Multiple Size Images" action.

I can work on a patch for this issue too, but I have no idea where the problem lies. For the moment, we are moving forward using  "Generate Multiple Size Images" action to generate those missing images.

Piwigo version:
Piwigo 2.7.0

Environment:
Operating system: Linux
PHP: 5.5.16
MySQL: 5.1.73-log
Graphics Library: External ImageMagick 6.6.0-4

Re: [resolved] SEO-friendly URLs won't work

Maybe patch i.php with specific 1and1?

Re: [resolved] SEO-friendly URLs won't work

Thanks rvelices for your advice.

Yes, you're right. PATH_INFO is undefined on my shared hosting server and was replaced by ORIG_PATH_INFO in i.php. Now, thumbnails and medium images are being generated and saved on "/piwigo/_data/i/upload" directory as expected.

Piwigo 2.7.0 is running fine on my 1and1 shared hosting server.
