Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

like others was having  a problem with the upload button not working for registered users, deactivating 'icy picture modify' fixed that.
Strangely the upload button works on another gallery with the same permissions and icy picture modify active

Piwigo and all plugins up-to-date in both

Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

On your server so with the latest editions. Using the Community plugin I assign "High Trust" to all members, but when they upload pictures they are held as pending for me to approve, which I understand to mean the system sees them as "low Trust".

Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

Hope, this hasn't been discussed before. If so, pls adv No of thread.

When declaring that a user can upload pics only to his own album, this seems to work fine. however when having a couple of users who have not uploaded any pics (and therefore his/her album is empty) I still get this album listed on the left side with the menu and where all the other albums are listed.

How about having option to choose wether or not empty albums should be listed on the left side in the menus area?

Without this option and having a lot of users (who have not uploaded one single pic) I shall have an endless list of empty albums! Agree?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

the problem i have with this is when you say let a user or users make there own folders or albums other users can make albums inside other users albums all albums should have rights that the user who made them can change just like if you make a album you become the admin of that album, you can let or not let other users post images or make other albums inside that album, the only other users who have full rights to that album would of cause be the website admin/admins
at the moment there is no given rights and i feel that is a big miss

Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

Bonjour,

Cordialement
Guido

Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

Using piwigo 2.7.0 and Community plugin 2.7.0 the same issue remains: unable to add subalbums inspite the option "ability to add subalbums" was selected in permissions of the user/album

Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

Tnaks for the 2.7 update in both Piwigo and this extension. I especially like the HTML5 upload, it seems to work great on the admin page.

However, it seems that the "Upload Photos" link in Community plugin version 2.7a is not using the HTML5 upload form. Is it supposed to? And if not, will this feature be introduced in a future version?

Re: Community plugin, new generation for Piwigo 2.2+

First to say: great work the community plugin, many thanks.

I have one feature request:
I'm now able to let users upload photos, change description and delete of their own fotos.

The only thing is that a community user is unable to rotate their images after upload.

I whish that the users have 2 buttons in the top menu (rotet 90+/-) in a feature release of this great plugin.

Best regards,
Daniel
