Hello,
If I use the Batch Manager to generate Multiple Size Images rather than the old progress bar all that happens is the page refreshes. Its not generating the images. I select either by Album or by Last Import, I select all in the collection, then I select generate all sizes of image and apply action.
I have tried in Firefox and Chrome on both Windows 8 and Vista. I have also tried it on two different computers.

Directory permissions?
Your webserver log should tell you why it's failing...

Hi,
On the administration menu, are all sections opened at the same time? (this is what happens when there is a javascript error and the error your describe sounds like a javascript error).
With Firefox, can you right-click anywhere + "inspect Element", then open the "Console" tab and refresh the page.

I have had Java issues for a while with the batch manager. Had to use IE the other week as Chrome and FF would just get upset.
I will look into the causes etc. Check JAVA update and check back.

Warning: we don't use Java in Piwigo, but Javascript (2 completely different languages, for different purposes) ;-)

Tracked it down to Admin Tools Plugin. It was compressing the JS/CSS and that caused a "TypeError: derivatives is undefined"

If your using the "Admin Tools" Plugin then you have to deselect "Compress CSS & Javascript". As I think the compression is messing up the code.
